Youth Exchange is the most popular program of Rotary International. Students ages 15 to 19 experience another way of life by living abroad with a host family. The program is administered by the District 6400.

Young Leader is an opportunity for people between the ages of 18 to 30 to become a Rotarian in Windsor Walkerville Rotary and take advantage of the many training opportunities available online. They can connect with other professionals in the same career. Windsor Walkerville Rotary encourages people to get involved in the community and explore leading a service club. Young Leaders are active Rotarians and members of Rotary International.
